Is our marriage at an end?

For the court to have the power to end your marriage, either you and your spouse must agree that the marriage needs to be ended, or you must show that your spouses behavior has been such that a reasonable person would say “Why do you put up with that?”

It may take you by suprise, but the Courts tend to accept flimsey reasoning to support this test. The following are strong reasons for divorce:
