Stonewalling Discovery - Sanctions

What happens if my spouse does not want to produce the discovery, or unmercifully delays delivering answers and documents? The official term for the wrath of the judge for such conduct is that the judge sanctions the party. A sanction could be as light as making your spouse pay the extra attorney’s fees expended in forcing delivery. A sanction can be as heavy as refusing to allow your spouse to produce evidence on her behalf.
